July 2008: Winning the Cheltenham Duathlon on my trusty old GT Zaskar.

Now that's a sight I like to see! Out front and alone on the final run. What a beautiful English day too.

June 08 :Oli Mott and I at the start of the Benny Vansteelant Memorial World cup race in Belgium.

June 2008: Pleased to be in teh new kit and on the new bike of my new team, www.bikeandrun.co.uk

May 2008: Winning a Duathlon in Lanzarote. My last race for my old sponsors, Planet-X.

May 2008: Winning the T2 Essex Duathlon in hacking rain.

March 2008: Taking the start of the opening British national series race at Clumber park. I had a terrible first run and then went on to post the fastest bike leg and take the lead by the 2nd run only to be beaten to the win by David Vaughan.

Feb 2008: Early season testing. The North Road Hardriders TT. I came 11th.(i think...!)
