       Maximuscle have supported me for 6 years now. I use their Viper drinks, Viper extreme bars, and Recovermax to enable me to train longer and harder and then to recover quicker.  Maximuscle is without doubt the best sports nutrition company in the UK and products such as Viper and Recovermax have to be tried to be believed.

    So That's drinks taken care of but what do I munch on when out on the bike for hours on end?

  Sport Beans! These American Jelly Belly beans have now been in the UK for 3 years now and the lovely people at Best Imports in St Albans have supplied Leda and I with literally hundreds of packets of them. They are, of course, packed full of carbs but they also contain vitamins and minerals to top you up, fight fatigue and prevent cramp.  

             That's all just a bonus though because the fact is they taste sooooo nice! They come in Orange, Berry Blue, Fruit Punch and Lemon/Lime Flavour but there's more flavours coming soon!

AVIA provide me with the best possible footware to run in.

It's the perfect company for me to be involved in as they are a multisport specific company. The roots of the brand grew in the 90s alongside their involvement with one of the greatest Duathletes ever, the American, Kenny Souza and now the brand is making a big comeback.  Martin O'Donnell is importing the whole Avia range direct to the UK and I'm really excited about putting the shoes through their paces in the races they are designed for.  Check out their cool flash site at www.avia.com
