I'm very lucky to be married to someone who caught my eye in Cycling Weekly way back in 2001 when she was riding for the Gore Bike Wear Team as an amateur ( Leda Ray ). She went on to become one of the best Female Pro Cyclists Great Britain has ever produced and she doesn't talk about it much so here I'll share with you her amazing career which was ultimately cut short in 2009 by a crash and subsequent spinal surgery which went wrong leaving her to have to regain control slowly of everything from the waist down.
That's the bad stuff.
